50% surcharge per service

Nature Walk reservation

Regarding group walks, we refer to the schedule we agreed upon during our first meeting. If you wish to modify the schedule long-term — for example, by adding a walk or changing a day — we strongly recommend informing us as early as possible so we can best accommodate your request.

Last-minute changes can happen, and we understand that. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability.

If you do not require our services for several days or even weeks — during holidays, for instance — please let us know the dates as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another dog.

Payment terms

You can pay in cash or by cheque before the 10th of each month.
In your absence, you may leave a sealed envelope addressed to Doggy Adventures.

Doggy Adventures reserves the right to terminate services in the event of late payment.

Cancelation

A cancellation is perfectly understandable. However, it must be communicated at least the day before the scheduled walk; otherwise, we will be obliged to charge the full amount of the service.

Furthermore, if upon arrival at your home your dog is not available or if we are unable to access your home, the full amount of the service will also be charged.

Regarding boarding, any cancellation must be communicated at least 5 days before the scheduled date to avoid any penalty.
If the cancellation is made less than 2 days before the start of the boarding, the full amount of the service will be charged.

2 hour window

Mindful of punctuality, we do our best to be on time. However, we allow ourselves a 2-hour window around the scheduled time. This flexibility enables us to manage unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams, schedule changes, bad weather, dogs that need to be dried, or even a broken elevator.

Access to the entranc

You must make sure to inform your building’s concierge of our visit or provide us with written authorization granting us access to your apartment.

Your dog's behavior

Doggy Adventures requires an up-to-date vaccination record: kennel cough, distemper, Rubarth’s hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza, leptospirosis, and rabies.
Doggy Adventures reserves the right to refuse any animal showing signs of aggression, abnormal behavior, health issues, or posing a risk to itself, other dogs, or others.

Responsibility

You acknowledge that you have read the rules in their entirety, understood their content, and agree to comply with them.
Although we do everything possible to ensure the safety and health of your pet, the client must be aware of the risks involved when dogs socialize.

In case of emergency

In the event of illness or an accident involving your dog, we will do our best to ensure that your pet receives appropriate medical care in a timely manner. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to make decisions on your behalf in the best interest of your pet. If necessary, Doggy Adventures will advance all veterinary expenses, which must be reimbursed by the owner afterward.

Family care reservation

We recommend booking at least one week in advance — and one month ahead if the boarding takes place during school holidays.
