We currently offer our walks in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Beausoleil, and Monaco.
I’m interested! How do I get started?
Just send us an email HERE with your contact details, address, phone number, and what you’re looking for. Feel free to include any questions or concerns — we’re happy to answer them all. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
If you prefer, you can also call us directly at +33 6 52 40 51 64.
Once we’ve had a quick chat, it usually takes around two days to set everything up. Before we begin, we always arrange a meeting so we can get to know each other (and your dog!) in person.
What are your opening hours?
We’re available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Services outside these hours are possible with an additional fee (see Terms & Conditions).
Special requests? Just give us a call or send us an email.
What’s the minimum age for walks?
We can take dogs from 4 months old.
Nature Walks
Do you walk dogs in the rain?
Rain or shine, most dogs still want to get out and enjoy their walk.
What do you need from me before we start?
For all new clients, we arrange an introductory meeting. At this visit we:
• Check your dog’s vaccination record • Fill out a short questionnaire about your pet • Review and sign our contract • Collect a key to your home if needed
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. This confirms that we’re authorised to collect or care for your dog in your home and that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
What’s your cancellation policy?
• Walks: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice or the full fee will be charged. • Boarding: Please give at least 3 days’ notice or the full fee will be charged. Cancellations must always be made in writing.
Do you charge extra on public holidays?
• Monthly plan clients: No extra charge • Pay-per-walk clients: 50% surcharge You can find the full list of holidays in our Terms & Conditions.
Can you give my dog medication?
Yes — as long as we can verify the prescription from your vet.
My dog has shown aggression in the past. Can you still take them?
If we believe your dog poses a risk to people or other dogs, we won’t be able to take them for everyone’s safety.
My dog doesn’t have recall. Will you still let them off-leash?
Not right away. First, we work on recall with a long line and positive reinforcement (treats, praise, games). Only once mutual trust is built and recall is reliable will your dog enjoy supervised off-leash time.
I have more questions.
We’d love to hear from you — call us at +33 6 52 40 51 64. We’re happy to answer anything and can even arrange a free personalised consultation.
Why is this first meeting so important?
It’s our chance to get to know you and your dog. We’ll chat about your dog’s needs, habits, and personality, and you can ask as many questions as you’d like.
Can we meet after I finish work?
Absolutely — we’re flexible.
How will I know my dog is okay while I’m away?
We send regular updates, photos, and videos so you can see how much fun they’re having.
What if I have an emergency and need you at the last minute?
We’ll always do our best to help, but availability will depend on our schedule that day.
Are you a registered business?
Yes, we are. Documents are available on request.
How do you keep my keys safe?
All keys are coded and never labelled with your name, address, or other personal details.
How can I give you my keys?
You can hand them over during a meeting, or leave them with your building’s concierge for us to collect.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
Family Boarding
Do you recommend a trial day?
Yes — a day in daycare before boarding is a great way for your dog to get familiar with our home, our team, and the other dogs.
Where will my dog sleep?
Just like at home — freely in the living room, each in their own bed, in a warm, relaxed environment. No cages, ever. And if your dog prefers to be close, they’re welcome in our bedroom for extra comfort.
What will my dog eat during their stay?
You can bring their usual food to keep things familiar. Or, if you like, we can provide our fresh KinPop Delights meals, prepared locally in Menton.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
We’re trained in canine first aid and keep a close eye on all our guests. If there’s ever a problem, we’ll contact our vet (or yours if possible) right away and keep you updated.
How will my dog get to you?
Pick-up and drop-off are included in the price, based on your location. We can also arrange transport to or from the airport.
Boarding and Daycare
What will my dog do all day?
They’re with us all day, joining in on our daily life. They can run, play, and relax in our secure 5,000 m² garden. Twice a day, we head out to explore our private 1-hectare forest (and sometimes other scenic spots). In summer, they can splash around in our dog pool. And of course, there’s time for naps, cuddles, and plenty of love.
Which dogs can you take?
For everyone’s safety and comfort, all dogs must: • Be fully vaccinated (including kennel cough) • Be microchipped or tattooed • Be sociable with people and other dogs • Not be a restricted breed (category 1 or 2 under French law) • Be house-trained (puppies from 2 months are welcome, even if not yet house-trained — a supplement may apply) • For unneutered males: only certain profiles are accepted after a behaviour assessment
My dog is shy or reserved. Will they be okay?
Yes! We work with many sensitive dogs. For very shy pups, we suggest a few meetings before their stay to start building trust. We always respect their pace — some dogs like cuddles straight away, others need space and time. Usually, after a few days, even the most timid guests settle in and are excited to come back.
Will my dog ever be left alone?
No. We live on-site and are with the dogs 24/7 — day and night.
